Every investment is secured by a contract with the developer, held on segregated escrow accounts and supervised by independent auditors. Aurvesta s.r.o. is supervised by the National Bank of Slovakia.
Returns are paid out after the project is completed and the properties are sold. A project typically runs from 18 to 36 months.
