These Terms & Conditions govern the relationship between Aurvesta s.r.o. (the „Operator“) and the users of the aurvesta.com website.
1. Introductory provisions
Aurvesta s.r.o., with registered office at Mlynské Nivy 5, 821 09 Bratislava, Reg. No. 56 482 119, Tax ID: 2122418937, registered in the Commercial Register of the Bratislava III Municipal Court, Section: Sro, Insert No. 178293/B, operates an information platform focused on real estate crowdfunding in the Slovak Republic.
2. Subject of the terms
These terms govern access, registration to the waitlist and the provision of information services. The investment itself will be governed by a separate contract concluded for a specific project.
3. Registration
By registering for the waitlist, the user confirms that they are at least 18 years old, fully legally capable and that the data provided are true.
4. Informational nature of content
Information published on the site is informational only and does not constitute investment advice, an offer to enter into a contract or a recommendation to buy or sell securities.
5. Investment risks
Investing in real estate projects is associated with the risk of partial or total loss of invested capital. Past returns do not guarantee future returns.
6. Consumer protection
The user has the right to contact the Slovak Trade Inspection (SOI) as the supervisory authority for consumer protection.
7. Intellectual property
All content on aurvesta.com is protected by copyright and other intellectual property rights. Any copying or distribution without written consent is prohibited.
8. Final provisions
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Slovak Republic. Disputes will be decided by the competent court in Bratislava. Aurvesta s.r.o. reserves the right to update these terms at any time.
