Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains how Aurvesta s.r.o., with registered office at Mlynské Nivy 5, 821 09 Bratislava, Reg. No. 56 482 119 (the „Controller“), processes personal data of visitors and users of the aurvesta.com website in line with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Act No. 18/2018 Coll. on the Protection of Personal Data.

2. What data we process
We process the data you voluntarily provide when joining our waitlist (name and email address), technical data (IP address, browser type, time of visit) and cookie data, if you have given your consent.
3. Purpose of processing
We process your data to send information about investment opportunities, marketing communications, traffic analysis, fulfilling legal obligations and protecting our legitimate interests.
4. Legal basis
Processing is based on your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), the legitimate interests of the Controller (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) and the performance of legal obligations (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR).
5. Retention period
We store your data for the duration of your consent, but no longer than 5 years from your last contact. After this period, data are safely deleted.
6. Recipients of data
Your data may be shared with our contracted processors (cloud providers, email tools and analytics services based in the EU). We do not transfer data outside the EEA without appropriate safeguards.
7. Your rights
You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability, the right to object and to withdraw your consent at any time. You can exercise these rights at info@aurvesta.com.
8. Supervisory authority
If you suspect a breach, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Office for Personal Data Protection of the Slovak Republic, Hraničná 12, 820 07 Bratislava, www.dataprotection.gov.sk.
